Jubilleo wanted to sell wholesale online without exposing prices to competitors. The store had to require registration and account verification by the client's team before a partner could access pricing and place orders.

Approach
We implemented the registration and account verification flow as a key functional element of the store, based on the client's design. The store was built with B2B partners in mind: product catalog, cart, order history, and account panel are all behind login. From the start, we also planned an integration layer for external systems: shipping first, then inventory and accounting synchronization in a later phase.
Solution
A dedicated B2B store at b2b.jubilleo.pl with a registration process, account moderation by administrators, and full price access only after verification. Only the login page is publicly accessible, while the catalog and pricing remain protected. We implemented integration with the Apaczka shipping system, allowing partners to handle deliveries directly from the store.
Outcome
Jubilleo gained a secure wholesale sales platform that protects sensitive pricing data and makes it easier to serve verified partners in one place. The Apaczka integration streamlined shipping, and a planned Subiekt integration will later synchronize stock levels and order handling with the client's accounting system.
Custom plugins
Standard WooCommerce extensions did not cover all project requirements, so we built dedicated plugins tailored to Jubilleo's workflows.
User Approve
New user approval workflow: an administrator approves a partner account before it gains access to pricing and order placement.
Multiaddress
Multiple delivery addresses on a single account: partners save locations and quickly switch between them at checkout.
Jubilleo Importer
Product data import from Excel files — the client's full catalog was prepared in spreadsheets that we could bulk-load into the store.
